We have always believed that hydration is only needed during the summer season since it’s hot and we sweat most of the time. But what about during the cold months?! I would say that hydration is still needed during the cold months. We might not notice it but we also release our body fluids during the cold months by means of urination. For it is not only in sweating that we release our body fluids. There are still other means that our body releases fluids that’s why we need to replace those fluids by taking in/drinking lots of water.
