I got worried of my weight since it keeps increasing as I get older and older. I never knew what to do to stop it from going up. The more I deprived myself from eating my favorite bad foods, the more I crave and want to indulge in them. I do jog regularly. I even enroll in a gym and attend aerobic classes five times a week. I am diligent in doing physical exercises. My biggest problem is how to curb my appetite and limit my food intake. I couldn’t help but resort to diet pills.
