loose diamonds

I have a friend named Kyla whose boyfriend is an American citizen already. He is a Filipino guy but he has been living in the United States for ten years now. Kyla was so excited when she told me that she in now engaged with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend gave her loose diamonds as his gift to her for their engagement.
