pre-employment screening

Before I was employed with my present job, I have undergone a pre-employment screening. Of course there was a written examination conducted to the applicants. When I passed the written examination, I was interviewed by the head of the agency. When I passed all of those, I still have to undergo the nuero test as the last step or last requirement before I was accepted as one of their employees.
